Malt extract powder standard is a food ingredient produced from Austrlian malted barley by traditional hot water extraction process prior to concerntration by evaporation and spray drying. Malt Extract Powder Standard is free flowing powder with a characteristic flavour and odour, and is off white of cream in appearance.

  • Best used within 365 days from date of manufacture
  • Malt extract powder standard produced from grain that has not been genetically modified
  • As per ANZFA Food Standard 1.2.3 table to clause 4, this product is manufactured from malted barley
  • Packed in a fibre carton with a poly liner to a nett weight of 20 Kg.
